#1 2009 Goal - Strength Training
In order for us to take our 2009 football team to the next level, we will need to take our pre-season strength training to the next level as well. As a member of this football team you are expected to complete a strength training workout 4 times per week. 

The weight room is open M-F 3PM - 5:30PM. You can participate in Power Strength Training Class. You can workout with a buddy at your local gym or home gym.  To help you accomplish your strength goals we've created an easy to follow program called - Total Release Training Power 3.
