Strength Training The weight room is open M-F 3PM - 5:30PM. You can participate in Power Strength Training Class. You can workout with a buddy at your local gym or home gym. To help you accomplish your strength goals we've created an easy to follow program called - Total Release Training Power 3. This program focuses on squat, clean, and bench training.
