2010 EMAK Youth Football Camp
Tuesday June 15th - Friday June 18th
9:00AM - 12:00PM @ Woolsey Stadium on the King's Campus
Cost: $80.00 Paid by check or credit card
Make checks payable to King’s Schools. Payment is due by June 4th , if paid after this date, price increases to $90.00. *Camp scholarships available upon request and availability.

What To Expect?
Beginners Camp will focus on basic football fundamentals including running, receiving, throwing, blocking and tackling. We will incorporate fun team games that give athletes the opportunity to test their skill. This level of camp is great for athletes grades 1-6 or first time football players.

Advanced Camp will focus on similar fundamentals as the Beginner Camp, as well as advanced skill development, team offense play installation, 7 on 7 passing tournament, and film teaching sessions. This level of camp is great for athletes grades 7-8 or players with more than 3 years football experience.

All Campers will have the opportunity to compete in a live obstacle course and participate in team games that develop a players understanding of the game while having fun.

Who Can Attend?
This camp is designed for students entering the 2010/11 school year grades 1-8. It is a non-contact camp that teaches fundamental football skills that every potential football player should know. This is a great opportunity for athletes to show their stuff to the Jr. and Sr. High Football coaching staff. Invite your friends and neighbors. This camp is open to all interested athletes who meet the age requirement.

Use this form to register your student/athlete for this years camp. Camp cost $80 if registration is received before June 4th. After June 4th it costs $90. Make all checks payable to King's Football. Mail checks to King's Football c/o Jim Shapiro 19303 Fremont Ave N., Seattle, WA 98133.

Limited scholarships available upon request. Camp brochures are also available at the Elementary School Office.

I hereby authorize and give my consent to any reasonably necessary medical or surgical treatment and for the King’s Football Camp Staff to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. In the event of indicated major surgery, King’s Schools and its staff are not hereby excused from attempting to contact me by phone or mail, before relying upon this authorization. I hereby waive, hold harmless and release King’s Football Camp and it’s staff. My signature also certifies that my son/daughter has obtained proper medical care for any current medical condition. I will be responsible for any medical or other charges in connection with his/her attendance at camp. This permission is good only while the participant is attending King’s Football Camp and only until the participant has attained his/her eighteenth birthday.
